Very technical company. Strong Analog and RF roots, with good technical leaders with many years with the company Truly investing in R&D and trying new things Good core values

Cons

Doing too much with the available resources. Not enough money to play with the big-boy competitors Management and organization can improve to minimize meetings and maximize efficiency Not big enough to do large scale projects within one time zone.
