      Pros

      One of the few multinationals based in India which gives full ownership to India site. A lot of good quality work, opportunity to learn, participate in decision making, very experienced seniors around to help kick-start the career but also guide in the middle and advanced career stages. Best for those who love to learn, do good work and build a career.

      Cons

      Has grown very fast. Still working to adapt support services. Respected internationally, but not yet a well-known name in India.
