Pros

Learn a lot in a short period of time. Great start to a great career at Broadcom.

Cons

Long hours with less pay. With the amount of hours put in you will only end up making minimum wage. Employees are always stressed out due to unrealistic timelines which creates a terrible work environment.

The company is located in sunny San Diego

Cons

The mamagemnt teamt are not positive leaders and don't generally treat employees well. They seem to have a lot of turnover in HR so no one is ever there long enough to help but not sure mgmt would let them make changes anyway. The common theme among the leaders in the company is one of aggression.

Good place to learn and grow. Very fast speed on all of the products roll out. You can see the company from different angle instead of a small piece. You can touch from the IC/system design to marketing/sales of business.

Cons

Very long hour working including weekend Lab environment is not good Need to find the balance between work and life
