      Pros

      Highly professional people, a workplace that is accepting and open to all, without racism or discrimination.

      Cons

      Most of the time the work is very stressful, not necessarily that the stress is really necessary, but it is more of a working method of the managers there.

      Interesting but tough

      Pros

      The work was quite nice and challenging. A lot of it is linux based development, from drivers to firmware development.

      Cons

      The company is going through some tough time, it had major structural reorganization. Sometimes the work load is too much. If you have good balance at your current org I would not recommend it. They might ask you to work on a weekend or late night so be ready.
