1. They take up challenging work. 2. Lot to learn in RFIC domain and colleagues are friendly and helping. 3. Everybody gets opportunity to prove themselves . 4. Various products and technologies give good exposure . 5. Technical team is top notch. 6. Everybody is approachable if you need any help. 7. Aggressive growth plans and good road map. 8. Company s current growth looks very healthy.

Cons

1. Small company. 2. Sometimes there is very hectic schedule. 3. No culture as such. 4. And logistics and benefits to employee can be improved .

Great cutting-edge technologies. Great as your first job in RF area. Great boss and teamwork. Very little politics.

Cons

Does not pay very well. Work life balance needs improvement. Needs to commute sometimes. But it is heard that these have been improved a lot now.

1. Good projects. 2. Bright engineers to work with 3. Peers seem to be generous.

Cons

Not anything significant for me. Minor inconveniences like recommended office timings, not having any fun activities However, I have not understood the logic behind some of the decisions related to choosing leads.
