      Pros

      Good team of TEs and PEs in Operations. Nice new Ops lab - bright and shiny. Ops team has proven their worth and usually have management backing to get needed info from other engineering groups to do their job.

      Cons

      Broadcom-centric, so if you didnt come from there then you are sub-par and have something to prove. Acquisitions are stretching the group thin - engineers and mgrs.

      Pros

      Technical responsibility from day one. Great place for young engineers. Cutting edge work and "first in market" designs. The design and product teams are excellent at getting products delivered to market.

      Cons

      Engineer's growth is secondary to resource allocation for projects. Engineers' goals are not a priority during reviews. Clarity on what employees will do from week to week is not given importance.
