Pros

Great Engineers, talented, efficient, extremely hard working. It's overall a very motivated environment.

Cons

Very unprofessional management. Bad people skills. Some upper/senior management has no idea how to manage, extremely micromanagement (very low efficiency). Even criticize other management colleagues behind scene. No respect for engineers. Always trying to show their "superior" knowledge in a very detailed problem, but usually never able to solve it. Always think what engineers doing is a very simple problem without realizing the complexity of the problem. Please leave those things to your technical directors.

Pros

Work with great people. You have a chance to wirk with great engineers. Projects are dynamic and all engineers are needed.

Cons

Engineer development is not important. Emphasis placed on IC team. Other teams are viewed as support teams. In last year additional teams have caused some issues within the company.
