Pros
No Pros taking money from employees in the name of Agreement. That money they have not given to me also. But taken from me. It's a shame act by product company.
Cons
There are many I can't list everything. Constant fear of layoffs in every 3 months. After earning call 100% layoff. Manager harrassment. Micro Management and Dirty Politics by senior authorities.
