Great people and lots of young enthusiastic professionals Opportunity to be involved in strategically-relevant projects with high exposure to leadership

_Low salary compared even with unknown companies in Emilia Romagna _Absence of a talent attraction and retention strategy _HR department is toxic and unfair - frequent promises of contract (and responsibilities upgrade) without corresponding salary upgrade _Very chaotic environment (many people don't know what they are supposed to do)
