Great benefits, good PTOs, lots of company discounts.

Cons

Constant change of department direction, management, cannot retain good employees, terrible exit interview approach. Performance review largely based on sales goal % on an account management position.

Offshoring jobs. Doing the work of 2-3 people. Hardly any raises. Salary below avg for local market area.

Great culture for identifying and advancing talented individuals. Bonus and incentive packages, included continuing education and the possibility for some tele-commuting.

Cons

Travel exceeded 50% and no recognition of hours needed to get to appointments. Chicago seemed very much a satellite office and everything was driven by New York.
