Good colleagues and teamwork. Possible of going to work related training if you discuss with manager. Standard working hours and may need to stay back once on a while.

Cons

Performance bonus is based on what your management rating. Management focuses on hitting annual budget. Need regional approval for new open vacancy. 3 months notice period if you wish to tender resignation.
