Worst experience of my entire career working in JLT India HR. There are numerous unthical, immoral and discriminating practices going on here. You need to be close to the management to grow. No one with self respect can survive here. The seniors play internal politics to further ruin the culture. One senior female member is sowing dissent in the team to grow in the company at the cost of others. The management is blind to her actions, the question is why??? Everyone Knows what is going on but no one dare speak. People are leaving with no option left.

- I wanted to get rehired but was told I am not eligible. I gave my proper notice but had to leave a week earlier because my new job wanted me immediately. I thought Texas was an “at-will” state. I resigned properly and had a good record. Wish I could come back. - Some of the people on the floor could be unfriendly and cold. Not a job for extroverts.
