Good work/life balance; great improvements in diversity

Cons

No matter how well the company does, you will never get a raise that even keeps up with inflation, so your salary will effectively shrink every year you work here. Career growth is practically non-existent; rather than promoting current employees, they will always hire someone from outside.

This was one of my worst experiences in my entire career. It could of just been the group I was working with . . .

Cons

In my entire 28 years of doing what I do, I was never treated so poorly. I was treated like I didn’t matter. Beneath them. I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. It was across the board.
