      Pros

      MMC is truly a wonderful company to work for - a majority of the employees truly work for the best of the company.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management which makes decision-making a long and unnecessary process; micro-management from certain executives.

      Pros

      MMC offers competitive salaries and benefits. The leadership is understanding the ever-changing landscape of Talent Acquisition. They have been able to pivot and understand that the "old way" of recruiting has to change to adhere to the expectations of our Millennial Generation.

      Cons

      Very low ceiling for advancement within the organization. Definitely a who you know or who likes you type of promotion process.

      Good firm to understand insurance industry and build relationships

      Pros

      Only pertaining to Marsh not the entire firm (Guy Carp, Mercer, OW) Tech-wise and innovation... Marsh is leading the pack in the insurance industry and the top broker firms. Great support and open to intrapreneurship. A lot of folks in the industry came from or started out at Marsh. Great place to build relationships as they have a great reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      As usual, if you're coming from a large corporation especially in the same or similiar industry you will probably find the same cast of characters. There are politics involved but not so much that you drown in it. As with other big corps, things move at a snails pace.
