      Pros

      Lots of opportunities globally, diverse culture and strong management.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment with little work-life balance. Large corporate feel with lack in feeling a sense of reward & accomplishment. Benefits are below expectations as well, although compensation is okay.

      The comment about benefits is pretty surprising. We just completed our all-colleague annual global engagement survey and the value of the benefits we offer scored close to 80% favorable. What I've found is that many colleagues don't even know what is offered. Check out Colleague Connect...I hope you are pleasantly surprised.

      Pros

      Work from home is common and allowed, opportunities for exposure exist but you do have to pursue yourself, great benefits, senior management have regular skip-level meetings and take feedback to heart

      Cons

      When they say your career is in your hands, they really mean it. There is NO help in advancement or mentoring or learning.

      Pad your resume and fill your pockets after college

      Pros

      A very basic job, simple interview process. A bunch of college buddies and myself applied here and were hired. It was an excellent stepping stone. A weekly paycheck, a large recognizable company. Great cafeteria.

      Cons

      Traffic is brutal, hours are long. Highschool culture: employees and management. its very easy to get trapped here but , I wouldn't suggest working here longer than six months
