      Good Salary (£5k more than average) Excellent holidays (25+ bank holidays with option to buy or sell 5) Flexi shifts (start anytime between 8am-10am and finish anytime between 4pm-6pm) Excellent pension Excellent benefits (shared saving scheme, private health care, car leasing, dental care, the list is endless really) Excellent management, very supportive and understanding. Great offices Lovely team members

      No consideration. Employ you on a permanent contract and then make you redundant 3 months later!

      Decision making by upper management has focused only on cutting cost and headcount. The constant state of change which can be productive but this is change for sake of change and no real direction.
