      Pros

      Pay. MMC CEO Dan is a great leader. Unfortunately his IT department is run by fear. No one is allowed to speak up with fear of retaliation.

      Cons

      Run on fear, old fashioned management and behind the times. This place is a proper dictatorship.

      Great clients, some really talented people.

      Cons

      Senior leadership crushes innovation, takes care of themselves. Pretends that they are not a top down, male-dominated old boys network. Robotic senior leadership has absolutely no connection with employees. Run as fast as you can.

      None at all. Maybe New Marsh can change it.

      Cons

      Legal is big problem in India. The person leading it is devil. HE so ruthless. He not care about his peoples.he only give all attention to one lady deputy manager n she only get all benefit like promotions early leaving . when he on leave she also in the leave. she boss around on people with full authority. Peoples can't say anything to her as they are fear of job. this main person who lead legal has also spit on his food and ask his employees to eat it and they were forced to eat it. If u don't believe me ask peoples. If u don't believe anything going on between him and lady dm, check cctv footage, check attendance records, ask peoples who are not close to them.
