None- do not work here

Cons

Poor pay, constantly over worked and asked to do overtime without getting paid for it, poor management, they do not care about your well being what so ever and do not allow for any work/life balance. You need to work here for at least five years before you get a living wage, but even that is not guaranteed as senior management is actually awful.
