They are inclusive and team members listen to your ideas. Very good exposure to market and you get to work with the best. Benefits are good.

Cons

Too much on the plate at all times and you are doing much more than the role specifies. Sometimes you are playing dual hybrid roles but the compensation is not matched with responsibilities. Very meager hikes and 2020 was a no hike year. Work life balance might take a hit.
