      Pros

      Salary is good, and good place if you want to retire.

      Cons

      The business unit I work with is stuck with very opinionated way of work, and is far behind the industry trend. The focus is to make the immediate boss happy, instead of having a vision to use the right tool for the job, and provide long term benefit to business. Less scope for learning. Very outsourcing heavy.

      Pros

      Very collaborative, friendly, knowledgeable company that will put you in positions to succeed if you seek that out. Marsh was also good at moving you around if you wanted, but it could take time.

      Cons

      Did not always pay the most to employees. They seemed to often pay more to hire outside folks and let internal folks (who they already knew was good) go for an unknown employee.
