Pros

Very good culture and work environment. Benefits are great. They have been wonderful during the pandemic. They really care about their employees

Cons

Being a larger company it's confusing sometimes who is who and how my office fits into the big picture. Communication is always a struggle for most companies.

MMC, MMA and MGTI leadership play politics

Pros

Decent benefits 401k, profit sharing, overtime, overtime. fun group most of the time, depending on manager able to work without much micromanagement. Laid back on work attire, business casual and jeans acceptable. Some company outings. Decent raises yearly minus covid.

Cons

Highly toxic culture, too much red tape and corporate politics, Management doesn't listen to employee. Not much growth area in IT, no clear path for promotion. High turnover rate, management fails to identify why colleagues leave and fail to retain talent. Lack of bonus when working for MGTI. MGTI (Information technology) put all IT desktop teams on helpdesk back tracking career growth and going forward wants to maintain this structure not benefiting the team. MGTI leadership only cares for the numbers and not their staff.

Pros

Great opportunity to grow in your career skills, great benefits package, ability to participate in employee groups across national offices, community service hours benefit, and a diverse set of colleagues of all ages, backgrounds, and expertise.

Cons

One area of growth the company could focus on is employee engagement and being more receptive to feedback. That seemed to be more of a focus prior and then tapered off, so it was really hard for team members to feel appreciated or engaged long-term. It also wasn't always clear whether there were career advancement opportunities and whether management was supportive of people's attempts to move up in the company. Employment feels steady and even though it can be stressful as a new person, management will work with you for a long time to get you knowledgeable of the work. There is an opportunity to connect with a lot of new people and enjoy some light conversation and outings to one of the many restaurants in the area for lunch.
