Pros
Flexibility, the amazing people I get to work with, continuing education resources and a commitment to innovation. Strong team of women in senior management, which I love.
Cons
Their Employee outings are hastily put together and it feels really half-hearted. Marsh wants to look good and make their presence in Austin more prevalent but it seems as if they have an inability to put their money where their mouth is. We have no allotted budget (or VERY small budget) for these type of events but you need to have money for something if you’re going to get everyone together and call it a festival. -Compensation -The cogs of a giant corporate company turn very slowly. Makes it hard to get things done.
