If you're lazy this is not the job for you. Everything is monitored. Also, The timesheet would be off sometimes.

MMC is the biggest in it's industry. It has a built-in Cafe with a half-price lunch. You only need overtime if it's in busy season in Nov - Early Jan

Cons

The starting salary package is fixed and is lower than outside. Annual salary increase is only 2% in the past 4 years(2018-2022). The company employee structure is fixed and they will never bring up any promotion. You have to bring it up yourself.
