      Pros

      My direct management is excellent and have helped me a great deal in my work life. I enjoy working with my local staff and colleagues.

      Cons

      The Op-Cos under the MMC umbrella do not live in the real world. This company has a habit of C-level musical chairs every few years. Senior management is definitely an old boy network. The corporate leaders are interested in only their own personal gain.

      Overall it has been good but it takes a lot of hard work and patience to grow

      Pros

      There is a huge knowledge base within the company and people are generally willing to help out and share that knowledge. Marsh does a great job of creating knowledge experts within the company which probably is one of our largest assets.

      Cons

      The downsides are that you have to work really hard to get people to recognize the hard work that you are doing. I would also say that the compensation is below what other companies in the industry pay
