      Pros

      Ability to learn quickly and also move up the ladder quickly by putting in the right effort and attitude.

      Cons

      Compensation did not match effort, atleast during initial years, and probably only for the country I worked in.

      Pros

      You are exposed to a lot of intelligent people and high level risk management clients. You can learn a lot from the people around you and there are plenty of opportunities for growth. The company culture is positive and management seems to truly care about the employees.

      Cons

      You can be expected to work long hours at times.
