10yMuch of the work we do is in response to client's needs and this can put a lot of pressure on individuals and teams to meet some tight deadlines. That said, we are always interested in the smarter way and through things like the all-colleague engagement survey, which just closed, we get feedback and take action to address issues like work demands.
