Pros

Good benefits, 401k, easy job, quarterly bonus if you meet your numbers. If you like a routine schedule and don't mind doing the same thing every day with little change, then this is the job for you.

Cons

Monotonous, not very exciting. There is opportunity to advance to team lead and supervisor positions and to other departments within the Austin area but if you want to move into broker positions or other avenues of insurance you'll have to be willing to move.

zero expectations or account ability for mistakes, I never saw anyone penalized for making a mistake there, but people were continually criticized for doing their jobs

Cons

culture of fear and belittling, the angriest management team I've ever seen, much more interested in scoring points off of each other, than in contributing to the business
