They offer a above average month bonus plus different benefits like HMO, Life Insurance etc Great way to start your career in the insurance/broker industry as it is a well known global brand. Workplace is good especially if you are considering the office and people in it.

Cons

Pretty low starting salary in comparison to the workload you receive. Not enough training for their R&F employees to grow in the business and possibly become better assets to the company. Low raise after a strong contribution year appraisal from management.
