OK, but insane amount of concurrent projects in flight at once

Pay and benefits pretty good, reasonable flexible working policy, superb immediate management

Cons

Expectation of project deliverables just crazy. Too many things on the go at once, no quality control, too many "A1" priority tasks handed to you. Cost cutting affecting personal development, if you want to learn, best to do it in your own time at your own expense.

Great atmosphere, polished environment, overall great place for your next career move. I would recommend more training for current roles so employees after several years do not become more stagnated.

Cons

After several years you can become stagnated if you do not seek other career avenues within the company.
