Pros
1. Always there is new things to learn. 2. Good support from local and senior management 3. Training - Core training for analysts in classroom environment, they take the time to make sure you know what you are doing 4. People - Having strong technical backgrounds as analysts, make a strong team, I had an opportunity to progress to 2nd line team in 2 years since joining. 5. Very nice Milton Keynes office. Gold location and professional look. 6. Fun environment, lots of charity events, opportunity to volunteer and take time off without booking holidays to do so.
Cons
Some underperforming employees may spoilt it for others, management team seem to address these though.
