There's a lot of expertise within Marsh. If you have a question, someone in the organisation will have the answer. Senior management has integrity, and most colleagues are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Non-sales service roles are not valued either culturally or financially by senior management. There is a lot of inefficiency, manifesting in wasted time and money on exponential scales.
