Marsh & Mc Lennan is one of the best global leader in insurance broking and risk management. It manages the top clients in the world in many different industries, that allows the workers to improve their knowledge about different sectors and kind of risks.

Cons

At least in Italy, the HR Office is not well organized and there aren't clear prospectives for young employees.
