Pros

I’ve been working at Marsh McLennan as a Full Stack Engineer in Dublin, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Here are some key reasons why: 1. Excellent Work-Life Balance – Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a supportive culture that truly values personal time. 2. Challenging and Meaningful Work – The projects are impactful, leveraging modern tech stacks to solve complex problems in the insurance and risk management space. 3. Supportive Leadership and Team – The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about employees’ professional growth and well-being. 4. Competitive Pay and Benefits – Great salary, bonuses, health insurance, and other perks like wellness programs and learning opportunities. 5. Global Exposure and Career Growth – Opportunities to work with teams worldwide, access to internal mobility programs, and a clear path for career progression.

Cons

Slow Decision-Making – As a large corporation, decisions can take time due to multiple layers of approvals.

Pros

Hybrid work culture which is convenient

Cons

Politics, mismanagement, no value for real working people, bootlicking by the new management. Specially in strategic research team. Also the India head of knowledge services is womanizer and it is extremely evident he takes benefits from women outside office in the office parking lot itself. (people have witnessed him multiple times)
