      Can often seem like your voice isn't heard by senior management. And can feel like another drop in the ocean.

      Smart people. Creative minds. Excellent project management. Well developed marketing strategy. Supportive of significant research. A high degree of mutual professional respect

      Cons

      Lots of snob-oriented status activities. A strong bias toward individuals' schooling, even after 30 years after graduation. Heaven help you if your creative idea is not considered to be a top priority. There is a great deal of politics and cronyism at senior levels, often undermining meaningful relationships and priorities.
