      Much of the work we do is in response to client's needs and this can put a lot of pressure on individuals and teams to meet some tight deadlines. That said, we are always interested in the smarter way and through things like the all-colleague engagement survey, which just closed, we get feedback and take action to address issues like work demands.

      Croneyism, no accountability at senior levels, mid/juniors are continuously scapegoated for management poor or lack of decisions. Seniors regularly steal credit for subordinates' work "Collateral Duties" is a catch-all phrase which, when decoded, means that you have to work long hours with no hope of recognition or compensation to mitigate senior managements' mistakes
