Excellent clients, great industry experience, top level management is very proactive and capable at driving business strategy, decent salary and benefit packaging.

Cons

Work / Life balance is a lacking value, mid tier management isn't engaging enough nor do they drive overall business strategy in an inclusive way, spread of workload is not a strong point.

Great team environment and decent vacation.

Cons

If you work for Marketlink, expect to work 40+ hours per week and weekends to meet expectations. Because it is a newer platform within the Marsh brand, processes and procedures are very disjointed and unorganized.

Cons

Give you Mimas support and salary. No care for stuff use them up spit them out get another one in. Very demanding and expect more than their pound of flesh
