      Good people to work with, great benefits.

      They do not treat their administrative staff on the same level as other employees. No clear advancement path.

      If someone hasn't figured this out they are clearly missing the boat. They won't be as successful as they could be until they do.

      Good place if you want stable and slow moving career

      Pros

      For the division I was involved with: - Lots of traveling - Workload climbed up and down depending on work cycles and thus there were times when you had a lot of time on your hands

      Cons

      - Upward movement too slow - Too much politics - Learning curve is too slow, so if you want to learn fast and move fast not the best place - Some divisions were too siloed and communication in between divisions was virtually non-existant
