Great benefits, family oriented, flexible managers, company contributes a great % to 401k, provides investment benefits, 5k annual tuition reimbursement for BA and 10k annual for masters, great performance pay scale. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company worked fast and diligent to ensure everyone had the ability to WFM. No lay offs and Dan kept all employees in the loop: even pledging to NOT lay off anyone. My supervisor and manager are always consistently ensuring that I advance in my career. I have been there for 3 years and have been consistently advancing by getting more involved in different work streams, in addition to gaining leadership experience. Overall, great company to work for if you're look for opportunities to grow.

Maybe increase tuition reimbursement to 6k vs 5k :)
