1. No onsite opportunity - one Tamil couple working in Pune office taking everyone's opportunity 2. Less projects 3. Sometimes accept substandard performance which reduces moral of people 4. nonperformance should not be entertained for people who keep changing projects 5. Risk and compliance department team is worst and behaves like goons
