      Pros

      Marsh Companies are a good company to work for, I worked for Marsh for 7 years. The benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Progression in Marsh is very slow and I felt overlooked for leadership role on many occasion which led to me finally deciding to leave the company.

      They don't pay well They charge for parking HR doesn't know the pay laws Your hired hourly and expected to work around the clock, even at home which is illegal Lack of diversity-extremely white. Bonuses are small and almost pointless once taxed
