      Really smart people, leaders who believe in open communication and helping people succeed. Wonderful, meaningful work - an ability to make our clients' employees' lives better. An ability to do well by doing good.

      Cons

      There are times when workloads can be overwhelming and at higher levels the only metrics that matter are billable hours and sales. Goals that reward individuals rather than groups can diminish willingness to collaborate.
