      Benefits package is "alright", paid vacation is solid, many holidays

      Cons

      No appreciation for employees, no upward mobility in a tired traditional corporate environment, ancient tech standards, not moving with the times, zero wage growth year after year

      Pros

      Structured and developed company, seeking individuals that are willing to learn and grow with the company. They place no limitations on how far you can go, it’s actually encouraged. I’m excited.

      Cons

      Being a newcomer, I’m confident and nervous about exceeding expectations... I just want to excel in my new position. Don’t know if any cons as of yet, but I know there is some mandatory overtime, which can be a good thing, when you’re new to the company.
