      Not a place for long term employment. Good resume builder but that’s it.

      Pros

      Some of the good things about the company are work from home opportunities and benefits.

      Cons

      However, the cons outweigh the pros. This company’s management and lower level employees have such a high turn over rate you would think it is a fast food restaurant. Also the customer service that they provide to clients is horrendous. They have outsourced a lot of their Back office operations which has brought resolution to client issues to a standstill if not a digression. If you are a millennial like myself and want to work for a company you believe in, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO THAT. Use this company as a stepping stone to build a resume but do not stay here. You will become complacent and if you are a hard diligent worker who shows up to work everyday they will over work you.

      Pros

      Working at MMC has allowed me to stretch my wings and grow my career. I have moved through the company into so many different roles. Additionally, I have made life long friends and colleagues here.

      Cons

      Technology infrastructure is really dated and limits opportunities for business growth.
