      Good work environment to innovate preventive and wellness plans for several clients, good work organization, good working teams and relationships for future.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have a lot of work to do, but you can solve it with the right organization of your time

      Pros

      Good for exposure . I would say I learnt quite a lot from the company.

      Cons

      Huge workload but little pay . Managers do see the hard work but no incentives are given , although you are a hard worker , managers expect you "the employer" to ask for something. I believe if you see someone is a hard worker , show him/her that you really do not want to lose them. Also , promotions and increases are available only when you want to leave the company , for example , I was a technical broker and when I got an offer somewhere else , managers tried to counter offer by giving me a raise or a promotion. I believe that this should be seen and offered before , not only when someone wants to leave
