      Love my Job, Terrible Compensation

      Pros

      Great people (for the most part), lots of divisions to work in, good benefits.

      Cons

      I've consistently received good reviews the last 5 years and each year they've refused to give me a raise "because the company didn't meet its budget". I haven't even received a standard of living increase .I'm basically making less than when I started, and I'm currently looking for a job after 7 years there. I'd hate to leave, but I know I"m underpaid. There's been a lot of turnover.

      You can het a good salary, but that's it.

      Cons

      This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked at!! Their communication skills are less than poor. They prefer employees with no opinion, no goals in life and no ambition. They have a very strong gossip-culture because of this and their employees lack character. If you want to make a promotion at this company make sure that you have a European complexion and no backbone.
