Good colleagues, IT are good, and car supplied. Good work life balance.

Cons

Promotion in title only, huge turnover of staff because most underpaid when compared to market value. Classic America corporation, love to advertise profits and then offer pay rises less than inflation. Overall, you will end up moving on like 90% of people.

Big name brand employer, opportunity to work with other big brands, internal analytics are high quality

Cons

Massive turnover the past few years. Accounts are redistributed when an employee leaves. The extra work load is heavy. Administrative processes are very redundant and confusing to understand. Budget cuts are every year.

Cons

Horrible company. People expect you to have the skill sets they think you should have. They don’t train, and there is zero collaboration. You either know what is needed or you don’t.
