Pros

The salary is good, you get to go home when your shift ends and you get 2 breaks per shift.

Cons

The company overload you with tasks. The company use teams, this can be useful but adds so much stress as the manager constantly messages you and you find it hard getting anything done. When asking for help you get told to go read a SOP, this is about a page or two with small writting that half time just makes things much more complicated.

Pros

Free tea coffee and herbal tea. Sharesave scheme.

Cons

This is a very similar environment to the penopticon, glass walls everywhere so you're always on show. Managers timing how long your toilet breaks are. Aside from that 'colleague services' is a total mess, it's very stressful, callers are very rude and entitled, my role changed without any concern for the fact that my skillset did not lend itself well to a pay query role. As such and understandably so, callers (who for example hadn't been paid in 2 months) were vile and very difficult to deal with. A company really shouldn't be so bad at paying their employees, it's criminal in this day and age! Promotions or progress in general is impossible and after a few years trying to move into a role that I was good at and being blocked by my frankly 'feckless' line manager, I gave up and found something much better. Really bad experience, don't work here.
