      Pros

      -Quality company - flexible work hours - good location -good pay - company does nonprofit work ( hiring disabled employees) it was a nice experience - discounts after working 6 months ( 50%)

      - working in a high paced environment( tourists!) - outlet stores tend to be hectic and less organized

      Pros

      The brand guides the visual merchandisers weekly, and that made it easyier for me to preform my job.

      Cons

      the clothing are cheap and overpriced, the work load was 6 full days a week. As the only visual merchandiser, i had no team and work load was on my shoulders, 400 square meter store in a very busy mall. i was paid very little and my boss was horrible.

      There are uniforms provided for you so you don't have to think about what to wear. The pay is decent.

      Cons

      Long hours without a lot of breaks. There's definitely favoritism when you enter the work environment.
