      Dynamic and challenging - a great school for Retail-lovers

      Pros

      One of Europe's major players in the "high Street" fashion industry, so a very dynamic and growth-driven environment. Management open to new and fresh ideas. Free bus from Barcelona. Good corporate discount for all Mango brands. Trendy offices.

      Cons

      One of the main disadvantages is that the offices are far from Barcelona. Most employees are female but then none are in high-level management, Not much training offered. Pay isn't great.

      Pros

      The colleagues who work with me make me feel so good in the company. We are a team, where each one is a important piece in the shop.

      Cons

      The store was without Manager during all summer, before that we have a Manager who doesn´t know organise the team and she was very rude. This was the thing that made me feel bad. Sometimes I have the sensation that nobody care the team and I think that it is a important thing to have better customer service and appreciate the company.

      Pros

      - You are in direct contact with fashion trends. - Cool office to work at. - Some people are very professional and great co-workers. Sad truth is that the majority aren't.

      Cons

      - No real chance of getting promoted. Ever. Unless you "know" somebody in the high up. - There are lots of people that have been in the company for years and years and that have not evolved, updated, trained or open their minds. - Severe lack of english speakers in the headquarters even though they take praise of being an international and cool fashion company. - Low salaries with inexistent raises (I worked there for more than 5 years). - Due to shortage of people, everyone in the teams ends up having to do twice as much work as they should.
