Pros

-really positive and supportive environment -friendly and young team -respect between the colleagues -managers are polite and act in a productive way for the team -fixed hours -change of position per hour as a result to avoid boredom - You create your own proffesional profile which gives you the chance to work in different country,check your personal salaries-holidays-discount card.It's really heplful. I have worked in a retail before and experienced the hardship of it. I am extremely strict in the reviews, but I have no complaint for this company.

Cons

The only con is salary which is the minimum. I was sad that I left due to the fact that I was treated in a perfect and professional way.This is hard to find.

You will learn about fashion, trends, and the passion of a company that wants to be number 1 and multiple by 7 the turnover in 5 years. HR is doing an amazing job attracting high qualified talent. 25% off discount.

Cons

You have to learn by yourself, lot of extra, extra hours, and if you work by objectives they may change them in order to pay you less. Even if you are one of the best, they will fire you if you no longer fit in the team, because they don't care about developing your career, just short-term results.

Pros

Near by shopping places and that's all that I can say that's good. There's really no pros about this company.

Cons

All you do as a sales associates is lie to customers about how good the product is and try to up sale by creating outfits together so they can buy expensive clothes that are very cheap that's made from viscose. Maybe 2% of their products are "good" qualities. On top of that, your so cal fellow co workers on the floor would always try to steal your customer so they can get the commission.
